Kansas City Mayor and Police Chief Provide Updates on Parade Shooting
The Kansas City Police Dept. Chief just said in a meeting with media members that "upwards of 10 to 15" people were injured by gunfire ... with one deceased. She added that she did not believe any of the victims were children.
