UFC's Jon Jones Accused of Slapping Woman's Vagina ... Denies Allegation

UPDATE

11:56 AM PT -- TMZ Sports just got a statement from Jon's rep, Denise White, denying the allegations.

UPDATE

"Yesterday Jon Jones became aware of a false accusation made against him through a local news outlet and that paperwork had been sent to an incorrect address, after receiving the documents from the press, Mr. Jones immediately went to pay the small fee at which time the warrant was lifted."

UPDATE

"We are confident that Jon will be cleared from any and all  charges and this will be seen for what is, a baseless claim. "

UPDATE

6:35 AM PT -- TMZ Sports has obtained the criminal summons -- which spells out the woman's allegations against Jones in graphic detail ... including an allegation he "slapped her p***y."

UPDATE

The woman told police Jon was at the strip club in April with his brother, NFL star Chandler Jones ... when things went south.

UPDATE

The woman claims she had been serving Jon's group all night -- and that Jon had been pestering her about giving him a table dance. She claims she explained that she's a waitress, not a stripper, and was not allowed to dance for him.

UPDATE

Still, she claims Jon grabbed her and pulled her to his lap and began kissing her neck.

UPDATE

The woman says she later went to the bar to get shots for Jon -- but he came up behind her and put her in a "tight rear-naked choke hold."

UPDATE

She claims she engaged in banter with Jon and Chandler -- and when she escaped from the choke, he "picked [her] up off the ground and turned her around in the air and was roughhousing with her."

UPDATE

The woman told police, "It felt like a wrestling match and nothing sexual."

UPDATE

After that, the woman claims Jon "placed her down by the bar and slapped her p***y."

UPDATE

She claims she told Jon he couldn't do that -- and "if he was going to smack her, he need [sic] to pay her $100 which she told Jon Jones approximately two times."

UPDATE

While speaking with police, the woman said, "I think [Jon Jones] is a f*cking piece of sh*t."

UFC champ Jon Jones is denying allegations he slapped a cocktail waitress at an Albuquerque strip club back in April ... and telling fans, "I'm definitely not in any trouble."

According to police, the alleged victim claims 32-year-old Jones not only slapped her inside TD’s Eubank Showclub, but kissed her neck without consent ... and then put her in a chokehold that was so powerful, he lifted her off the ground.

The woman told police Jones continued to put his hands on her until he left the club, according to KRQE in New Mexico.

The woman called police to her home after the incident to report the alleged crime. Jones was later charged with misdemeanor battery and a bench warrant was issued for his arrest.

A spokesperson for Jones told the media Jon was unaware of the case against him -- and didn't know about the warrant because the paperwork was sent to the wrong address.

Jones later paid a $300 bond and the arrest warrant was rescinded.

"Today, the media told Mr. Jones about a false accusation launched against him and that paperwork had been sent to an incorrect address," a Jones spokesman said Sunday night.

"However, after receiving the documents from the press, Mr. Jones immediately went to pay the small fee, and he, and multiple witnesses, stand ready to factually refute the malicious lies being told about him to the public."

Jones later tweeted about the allegations -- telling one fan, "I’m definitely not in any trouble my friend, don’t be so quick to believe everything you read on the Internet."

He told another user, "I know there’s a whole bunch of people hoping for my downfall but there’s even more who are proud of me and love seeing me do well. And screw staying inside, I love this community.. excited to keep climbing, haters going to be mad when I win in December."
