The woman -- who has not been identified -- was shot in Nashville, TN last week and is in critical condition. She's the wife of a team member of One Republic.

The victim has undergone multiple surgeries and lost her spleen ... but her condition is not life-threatening.
The suspects remain at large. Nashville police tells TMZ there's been a rash of shootings in the city and cops are investigating to see if they are connected.
