Longtime Beach Boys member David Marks and his wife looked way different from their mug shots earlier this month ... they were smiling again.
David and his wife, Carrieann Marks, were spotted together in WeHo Sunday night ... leaving Craig's. They appeared in a much better mood than the last time we saw these two.
TMZ broke the story ... David and Carrieann were arrested earlier this month in the San Fernando Valley after cops responded to a domestic dispute. David was arrested and booked for resisting, delaying or obstructing an officer and Carrieann got busted for domestic violence against a spouse.
The details of the incident in question remain unclear. Carrieann, however, told us the whole thing was a huge misunderstanding and they're "happier than ever."
No word if David was blasting "Don't Worry Baby" on their way out of Craig's.
