Actor Ray Diaz is facing new allegations of domestic violence because a second woman has come forward ... TMZ has learned.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Diaz -- who starred alongside George Lopez for one season on "Lopez" -- is being accused of roughing up a woman he used to date a couple of years ago. We're told the woman came forward last week and filed a battery report.
We're told the woman claims she has video evidence of Ray's violent ways against her and detectives are reviewing. The news comes on the heels of Ray's current GF alleging he assaulted her and repeatedly prevented her from calling cops.
Sources tell us that case was presented to the L.A. City Attorney's Office, which decided it'll have an informal hearing with Ray to discuss the alleged incident. If Ray screws up again, the City Attorney could file charges within a year.
We reached out to Ray, and he denies all allegations.
