The supermodel was grabbing food to-go with friends in NYC Saturday when her boob nearly fell out the bottom of her crop top. It's hot in the city, so Bella's tiny shirt makes sense ... though her underboob appears to just be a happy accident.
Either way, Bella laughed it off and fixed the wardrobe malfunction on the run.
Usually when Bella's hanging out, her friend Hailey Baldwin is around ... no such luck this time.
