Lil Xan and fellow rapper $teven Cannon are not on the boycott Starbucks train ... as they proudly showed Wednesday.
Lil Xan and Cannon hit up java central in WeHo and seemed to be making a statement. As you know, there is outrage -- especially in the African-American community -- after 2 black men were arrested for sitting inside a Philly Starbucks while waiting for a friend.
BTW ... the 2 men who were arrested went on TV Thursday and said the boycott won't do squat.
