The famed actor was out getting a bite with daughter Sophie and multi-tasking by jawboning on the phone.
The pic reminds us of Nick's famous 2002 DUI arrest, where he almost single-handedly brought back the "Magmum, P.I." Hawaiian shirt.
He has a right to cut loose, after starring in a string of awesome movies including "Urban Cowboy," "48 Hrs.," "The Prince of Tides" and "Affliction."
